Aquatic Facility Planning - Armstrong/Spallumcheen Parks & Recreation Commission

A feasibility study on the design, construction and operation of a new outdoor aquatic facility servicing the Armstrong/ Spallumcheen area. Following the study recommendations a new seasonal aquatic facility became a reality for residents of the municipalities and visitors alike.
