Recreation & Parks Risk Management - Regional District of Nanaimo

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Recreation and Park Department engaged the collaborative expertise of McGregor & Associates and Recresynthesis Consulting to assess their current risk/safety program. The process was designed to identify and then manage threats that could impact the organization. The assessment involved an online staff survey along with on site interviews with the participants.
